Italian MP Says Bin Laden May Be Alive
Paolo Benini, a member of the Italian Parliament, questions whether Osama bin Laden is really dead.
Bernini said he questioned claims that the terrorist had been killed in a Navy Seals raid two years ago.
Bernini, who belongs to Italy’s Five Star Movement political party, was debating why Italian troops were still fighting alongside American and other western troops in Afghanistan…
Bernini said: “I would like to remind you that Bush’s justification to intervene in Afghanistan was the war against terrorism, with the aim of destroying Al-Qaeda and capturing or killing Osama bin Laden.
“Al-Qaeda continues to have victims in Syria, alongside the rebels — those which America would like to help.
Then he added, “bin Laden, I don’t know, was supposed to have been killed two years ago,” Bernini is not a stranger to controversy.
Previously he has claimed that 9/11 was a cover-up…
He also told the Italian parliament this year on the 12th anniversary that the attacks on New York were an “inside job”.
