Woman Giving Topless Haircuts Busted For Not Having Cosmetology License
Suzette Hall of Colorado was charging men $45 for topless haircuts–that is, the men still had tops, but she didn’t. She also admitted taking money from clients for sex.
Hall had opened the “Rebel Beauty” salon in Johnstown Col. with an unidentified partner who told police she told her to leave after she started her topless stylings, the newspaper reported.
The woman was “not comfortable with this as she did not want to have topless haircuts in her business because she is a single mother and … she did not believe this was safe or proper,” the warrant stated…
The business partner also told police she found used condoms in the salon’s trash cans and that Hall admitted to receiving money for sex in the salon and at “house calls,” police reported, according to the newspaper.
