Michele Bachmann: Obama ‘Has Rewritten The Constitution For Himself’
The soon-to-be-former Congresswoman, continues to 0verstate her case by, this time, alleging that President Obama has rewritten the Constitution for his own purposes.
“You’re not a king, you’re not a dictator, you can’t do whatever you want,” she explained. “Our Constitution limits the president’s power, even though President Obama doesn’t act that way.”
That’s why she said House Republicans were considering a lawsuit to remind the president “he, too, must obey the law.”
“He has rewritten the Constitution for himself as a part of his effort to fundamentally transform the United States of America,” Bachmann declared. “But we are a constitutional republic and members like myself are going to fight to keep that, for the people, a constitutional republic.”
