Florida School Board Member Goes On Bizarre 9/11 Rant
Angie Boynton, Vice Chair of the Marion County, Florida school board, began talking about how she refused to “bow down to Islam” and “broke down a code” about 9/11 that she sent to George W. Bush. It was as though she was talking to someone “out there” at a televised board meeting.
“You don’t have my daughter hostage … She is safe,” said Boynton, appearing disoriented. “God is greater. The power of Him freed her.”
It only got weirder from there.
“I will say to you, you understand that I did meet with Ahmed,” she said. “Like Ahmed understood, I will walk away from anything confrontational.”
She added she “cannot bow down to Islam.”
Boynton then tried to explain herself.
“Sometimes I think even an autistic person could do what I did,” she said.
“I broke down a code and sent it to George Bush, former president George Bush and former Governor Jeb Bush … It is about 9/11.”
Alrighty then.
