Man Shoots Himself In Hospital
The man walked into the emergency room at Inspira Hospital in Woodbury, NJ and tried to commit suicide.
“He came into our ER and checked in at registration,” Diana Gervasi, spokesperson for the Inspira Health Network, told the Daily News. “He was not admitted to the hospital at that point.”
The unidentified man was taken to the Cooper University Hospital in nearby Camden, said Barney Wisenfeld of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
“The Camden hospital has a trauma unit. It’s a regional trauma unit for serious injuries,” he explained.
