86-Year-Old Shoots Grandson, Kills Girlfriend
Heriberto Pagan shot both his grandson and the grandson’s girlfriend. The girlfriend was killed.
He snapped over concerns his 69-year-old daughter, Mildred Feliciano, was being taken advantage of by her son and his girlfriend, who were living in Feliciano’s Staten Island home, a source said.
A judge had recently approved Feliciano’s push to evict her son, Michael Feliciano, 47, who has multiple prior drug arrests, and his girlfriend, from the home, a source said. But the marshal has yet to receive the notice of eviction, the source said.
