Tea Party Leader Guilty Of Blackmail, Computer Crimes
A jury found Al Gehart, head of the Sooner Tea Party, guilty. Sooner is an old name for what became Oklahoma. God forbid they called it the Oklahoma Tea Party and acknowledged modern times.
The judge will decide a punishment. The jury recommended Gerhart serve no jail time and pay a $1,000 fine.
Charges were pressed against Gerhart last April after he sent an email to state Senator Cliff Branan, (R) Oklahoma City. In the email Gerhart wrote Sen. Branan should hear a bill “or I will make sure you regret not doing it.” Branan said he felt threatened by the email.

These people have no self control…they are like little children who don’t get their way. Politeness and nuance are far beyond them.

I am shocked! Accusing this poor innocent man of a crime. Look at this pillar of American Manhood – (he has crazy eyes).

Branam is a big sissy; this is non-news and should never have seen the light of day.
