Andrew A. Calcione didn’t like his $330,000 tax bill. A judge found him guilty of threatening the family of an IRS agent. Ironically, Cacione worked as a tax preparer at one time.

According to Prosecutors, 49-year-old Calcione left voice mail messages in the Warwick IRS office on July 15th threatening that if the agent called him again, he would torture the agent, rape and kill his wife and injure his daughter while the agent watched. He said he would then kill the agent, according to the AP.

In one call he said, “The next time you think you want to f****** call me up … don’t. ‘Cause the next time you do, I’m not going to answer. I’m just going to show up where you live.”

As if he couldn’t stop himself, he continued, “Matter of fact, I’d shoot you in the f****** knee caps, tie you to a f****** chair, gag ya … and then f*** your wife in front of ya, and then blow her f****** brains out in front of ya and maybe kill your f****** kid…’

He went on to dig the hole deeper, saying, “‘So you can deal with that. Do not f****** call me again. I don’t bother you. Don’t f****** bother me.”

In another call he said, ‘Disregard my previous voicemail. I was f****** around with my daughter.”

big deal – one more disgruntled tax payer who gets very little back for whatever taxes he pays except for an incredible military which keeps him secure in his fear of the “outside”.

Oh I don’t know. We do have a society that allows him to make enough money for a fancy home and the income that generates a $300K tax bill.
