It’s as if, in the last 20 years or so, there’s a large portion of people born with a gene missing.
It’s no so far from the truth. They’ve discovered that violent people have a smaller or missing part of the brain that deals with empathy and sense of right and wrong and they feel nothing when harming others.
What will we do with criminals when we find out it’s a physiologicall problem?
