Romney Disses Stay-At-Home-Moms
“She didn’t just stay at home needle-pointing,” Mitt Romney said, of Iowa Senate hopeful Joni Ernst. In the process, he, unintentionally, put down those who did, including a woman named Ann Romney.
Appearing alongside Ernst in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Romney hailed the conservative upstart as a “real Iowan in a lot of respects.”
“She was raised here, she worked on a farm,” Romney told the crowd, as quoted by the Des Moines Register. “She didn’t just sit at home needle-pointing, as you know, she was doing some work on the farm – squealing work on the farm.”
Ernst appeared most recently in the pages of Liberaland when she referred to the Santa Barbara mass shooting as “an unfortunate accident.”

That’s how Republicans chit away their claim of a myth of the Republican War on Women.

Good to see Romney hasn’t lost his knack for putting his foot in his mouth.

hopefully he was walking the dog prior to putting his foot in his mouth.

Clearly Romney’s wife didn’t sit around needlepointing with 5 boys and dealing with MS. Plus, she’s a Mormon. No Mormon Mom sits around just needlepointing.

with the number of real Mormons that disavowed the act of the Greedy Bishop, from the targeted destruction of America’s Manufacturing Base, to the greedy exploitation of human miseries on the other side of the planet, to the hiding of vast sums of monies in offshore bank accounts, I believe the term alleged or claimed 2B would be better applied to their professed religious beliefs.
(it took more than just the votes of non Mormons to keep the Greedy Bishop on his losing streak).
Also, with the amount of monies at his personal disposal, he could always fly into Iran and get an Iranian sailor drunk enough to explain to him about underwater boats!

The vile vitriol of the Left never seems to reach a low….everyday it gets lower. Congrats on your accomplishment.

in other words, you do not like it when people on the right are treated with the same lack of respect routinely dished out by right wingers.
if you right wingers do not like taking it, then stop dishing it out.

“granpa’s” comments went way over the edge…..vitriolic anti-Mormon rant. And of course he disparages the wife….with MS…who he doesn’t know jack about.

________
That’s EXACTLY what THEY say about The vile vitriol of the RIGHT which never seems to reach a low, and everyday it gets lower.

The Romney’s are very wealthy. I’m sure they have maids, cooks, and a nanny.

She did have some…not as many/ much as would be assumed. Ann Romney’s personal story is very compelling. Overcoming MS and raising 5 boys not to far apart in age???

With a PERFECT losing record, why should we expect the Greedy Bishop to sit at home pointing needles?
Next time, maybe he’ll get one of his boys to Tagg along?
It’s not like it’s gonna put him on a winning streak or anything.

Sqealing? Like when a pig gets ya from behind or just from the giddiness of being an innocent farm girl with mitt on her side – he and a 44 will win the day –
