This sounds like a bad guy with a gun. Drake is lucky a good neighbor with a gun didn’t blow his butt away. I hope he get a felony conviction and loses his right to own.

Militiaman Drake’s Commanding Officer who has authorized the killing of 7 year old girls learning to ride a bike should still be contacted though – how else could they be A WELL REGULATED MILITIA ?
