NRA: Blind People Should Have Any Gun They Want Because They Have Great Hearing
The National Rifle Association has put out another cute little video, this time to help us understand why it’s so important for blind people to have any guns they want. Dom Raso “gunsplains”:
Every law-abiding blind individual should be able to have whatever guns they want. And if you disagree with that statement, if you haven’t thought it all the way through, you don’t take your rights seriously enough. Do you think because they’re blind, they’re going to start shooting in every direction and kill everyone… The biggest concern I hear is having blind people carrying in public. Are you envisioning the person waving the gun around or pointing it at anybody for no reason?
This young, hip gentleman goes on to explain that you don’t need to see if someone is on top of you trying to kill you. Vision isn’t necessary.

If someone is on top of you trying to kill you, I’m pretty sure the time for guns is past. Isn’t that the entire point of them? To kill people from RANGE? At melee range, especially when blind, you’re essentially just offering them a free gun to kill you with.

There’s an app for that.
“Aim. Left.”
Thanks Siri!

I’m assuming that the NRA would be OK with braille implants on the bad guys?

I don’t see a problem unless they mistake it for the hair dryer.

Blind people with guns have killed less people than Teddy Kennedy’s car

Is he nuts? Of course, you don’t have to see to shoot a gun. What an idiot.

If
someone is beating on my blind ass and I am carrying there is at least a
greater likelihood THEY would get to my gun BEFORE I WOULD!?! Can those
fools understand that!?!?
