Republican Doubles Down On ‘War On Whites’
Alabama Congressman Mo Brooks told radio host Laura Ingraham that Democrats are waging a “war on whites…by claiming that whites hate everybody else.” He doubled down on this speaking with radio host Steve Malzberg.
Brooks argued that Democrats are trying to “divide Americans up based on race,” particularly with racially-tinged attacks against Republicans. He said by appealing to different racial groups promising to protect them from white Republicans, they’re egging on a “war on whites.”
Brooks asked, “What is the one race that can be discriminated against?… All whites.” He felt that under federal law, while other racial categories have protected status, white people “are treated differently” and there’s “reverse discrimination” going on.

Funny, it’s bigots like him that tag minorities (brown people) as moochers and welfare goats, while his ass actually gets paid doing nothing on the public dime serving with the party of “No”. Someone should ask him how much discrimination he incurs because of his do nothing status.

Be fair, he’s trying to sue the President, that’s something!

My brothas, stop holding the white man down!
Eric Trommater August 5th, 2014 at 11:07 pm
The sad logic of this narrative is that somehow by equating the struggle of the white male with the plight of any given minority we as a nation then justify the imprisoning such a dispropartionate percentage among of minority groups in order to bring about the right wing version “social justice.” I am one who doesn’t actually believe that all right wingers are some how racists. I know quite a few who simply believe in small government and have a deluded belief that somehow good will out without society picking and choosing winners and losers. Yet, as I always point out to them, when it comes to picking winners and losers these old white men seem to always err on the side of other old white men and while Brooks’ arguement isn’t in the mainstream of right win thought, it is the end result.

Once and for all: OLD WHITE MEN ARE NOT ALL CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN RIGHT WINGERS. I sure am not and how any senior citizen can vote for their ilk (unless you are a Koch-type greed hog) is beyond me.
tiredoftea August 5th, 2014 at 11:07 pm
I’m assuming that Mo is starting the Huntsville chapter of Men’s Rights and he’s campaigning for a cross over from the area’s KKK right from the start?

I’m always amused by how little they think their tired-ass and trite rhetoric and word choice through.
“Reverse racism”
Racism is awful. Wouldn’t reversing it be GOOD?
darbal August 6th, 2014 at 6:20 pm
that’s just some stupid term they came up with. it was probably one of those “aha” moments for them.

Whenever Mo Brooks speaks … Pat Buchanon gets moist in the loins.

You ought to examine Pat’s loins after he watches a documentary about Hitler!
craig7120 August 6th, 2014 at 12:07 am
Rich white people whining is funny. All because a black man had the audacity to win the presidential election. If ya think about it, the dems won the war.
Thanks Obama

Mr. Brooks states: He felt that “under federal law, while other racial categories have
protected status, white people “are treated differently” and there’s
“reverse discrimination” going on.”
And if you weren’t so damn mean to all the people who are not just like you, there wouldn’t need to be any laws granting protected status to women, minorities and gays.
PS–You’ve really gone too far by coloring your hair white. Get some Clairol “No More Gray” and stop acting so childish.
granpa.usthai August 6th, 2014 at 2:03 am
but, mr. brooks, if whites is the majority then we be discriminating against our very own selves? …and if whites ain’t the majority, then how come the WHITE RACIST republiklans is running congress? Don’t make no sense a tall. why would the WHITE RACIST republiklans want to wage war on their own self?
Larry Schmitt August 6th, 2014 at 7:00 am
Are we sure this isn’t Mel Brooks? Cuz it seems this whole thing is for laughs.
Budda August 6th, 2014 at 8:47 am
Gee Mo, I’m a white guy and I try not to “hate” anyone….even you.

Left out
“It’s part of the strategy that Barack Obama implemented in 2008, continued in 2012, where he divides us all on race, on sex, greed, envy, class warfare, all those kinds of things.”
It’s always get’s around to being about that black guy in the white house.

Lies. Hatred. Racism. The GOP has nothing else to offer America. Pathetic, shameful, sick, and sickening.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. War on whites, War on Christianity. In the last two weeks, two strangers have knocked on my door to promote their agenda: two WHITE CHRISTIANS. No gays, no blacks, no Muslims…….

Oh come on…when the word Alabama is uttered the only question up for debate is: is it worse or better than Mississippi?
Anomaly 100 August 7th, 2014 at 12:04 am
And you’d be wrong, but you’re probably used to that.

In related news, the Republican “War on Intelligence” is really hitting it’s stride
Anne Bensinger September 3rd, 2014 at 1:52 pm
If there is such a thing as “reverse discrimination”, happening now, doesn’t that mean that there is discrimination now? Idiot just proved the opposite of what he says he believes.
