After robbing someone at gunpoint with an accomplice, a man accidentally Second Amendmented himself in Northeast Philadelphia, according to the police.

The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Police say two men, at least one of whom was armed with a gun, robbed a person of cash and a cell phone, but while the suspects were running away, one of the robbers accidentally shot himself in the leg, CBS reports.

When the injured robber showed up at Temple University Hospital, police were called and he was arrested.

      Yes, what is up with this generation of robbers and thieves. When i was a kid their was a long internship before graduating to armed robbery in which the basics of gun safety were learned at the hands of a mentor. Theives used to start with simple muggings at knife point and then moved gradually to retail crime before graduating to their first liquor store. You see what happens when you don’t learn the fundementals of your craft people?
