There are many details about the killing of Michael Brown at the hands of officer Darren Wilson that are not yet known, and that may never be known. But one thing that is beyond dispute is this: Darren Wilson put six bullets into an unarmed young man. Now, groups supporting the officer are raising money for…

Let’s see, the U.S. Supreme Court said we didn’t need the voting rights act because racism isn’t bad anymore. It looks like they missed that one by a mile, since this is proving how racism in America is still alive and well.
uzza August 24th, 2014 at 3:48 pm
” the U.S. Supreme Court said … racism isn’t bad anymore.” I’m not sure that’s exactly what you meant, but yeah …
mea_mark August 24th, 2014 at 3:31 pm
At least that is $338,000 not going toward republican campaigns.
Larry Schmitt August 24th, 2014 at 4:53 pm
But I’m pretty sure these donors could still dig deep enough to give again at election time. And they’re probably all republicans.

Just donated, and I’m glad my money went to a positive cause.

Support for Tea Klan racists is plummeting. Executioner Wilson is down to just 7 supporters in public. Three eyewitness accounts convict the Klansman executioner: “Wilson pulled out his gun and shot Brown. At that point, Brown and Johnson began to run away and the officer fired again. When Brown realized he was hit, he turned around and raised his hands in the air. Wilson approached Brown and fired several more shots.” http://www.vox.com/cards/mike-brown-protests-ferguson-missouri/mike-brown-shooting-facts-details

Looks like once again leftist libs will not part with any of their own money for the causes they espouse. How much did you contribute Obe?
John Tarter August 25th, 2014 at 7:56 am
With the first witness being his partner in crime. You want us to believe that Wilson just showed up and shot him for nothing. If he wanted to kill a couple of black folks why didn’t he shoot the other guy too? He still had at least 5 rounds yet and shooting a second un-armed man wouldn’t have been a problem. But the reality is, Browns fried Dorian didn’t do anything to the cop, he wasn’t a threat to him.
Obewon August 25th, 2014 at 7:02 pm
The three separate eyewitnesses said Michael brown’s execution was unprovoked in their eyewitness accounts that corroborate each others evidence statements from Dorian Johnson, Tiffany Mitchell & Piaget Crenshaw.
That’s why John Tarter’s KKK is fundraising for their Klansman Wilson.

If Wilson was justified, there is nothing wrong with donating to him. But if he is innocent of wrong doing. He shouldn’t need a cent of it. I have a feeling he will need every cent though. I am very worried about this shooting in Ferguson. I am waiting to hear all the evidence before I make my final decision as to what happened. I have heard everything that has been said on both sides. No matter what the outcome is. So many things were done so wrong in all aspects of this tragedy. Mostly by the Ferguson Police Dept. In excusable things.. But, as Liberal as I am. If Micheal Brown did assault The Officer.. And thats a BIG if.. I can see a scared officer firing till his gun was empty because he was scared out of his wits. People have to understand. If I was assaulted and got hit in the eye. And was scared shitless, I would empty my gun into or in the direction of the threat. And think of other things later.. But that is the only acceptable reason for firing so many rounds. I hope people truly put themselves in that spot and question them selves of what they would do . I hope everybody can accept the final evidence if and when it finally comes all out.. I seriously think at the very least, The officer used way excessive force even in the best version. But I am waiting to hear everything. Lets just hope they get to it fast so the healing can begin.

Why do you put periods. After clauses. That are not complete sentences? It makes your post. Very annoying to read. Ever heard of a comma?
gil reyes August 24th, 2014 at 5:19 pm
Jesus. Give me a break Butt-head. I can’t believe text reading can actually be annoying as to complain about it. Yet I don’t see you complaining about the Typos in almost every article on Liberaland. Me, with my limited education spot many everyday. Get a life sir. I’m sorry I don’t live up to your high standards of writing.
Budda August 24th, 2014 at 8:58 pm
He has a point Larry.
Larry Schmitt August 24th, 2014 at 9:06 pm
Bullshit. How much education does it take to be able to write complete sentences?
Linda1961 August 24th, 2014 at 4:52 pm
You seem to be accepting the Wilson apologists’ version of events, even while claiming to be waiting for the facts to be revealed. Wilson himself hasn’t made any statements, is in hiding (because of threats, but we haven’t seen any evidence of threats against him or his family), and he even failed to write up and file a report of the incident. In addition, he has hired a publicist!
If attacked, you or I would no doubt do what we could to stop the attack, even if that meant killing the attacker. It might even be possible for a policeman to kill to stop the attacker, but they are supposed to be trained to shoot, not to kill, but to diffuse a bad situation. After the shooting, certain protocols should be observed, especially if the shooting resulted in someone’s death. Clearly Wilson and the FPD failed to observe the most basic police procedures after a fatal shooting, and disrespected Mike Brown’s body.
Nice of you to give Wilson the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t do that – he killed an unarmed teenager, then let his body lie for FOUR hours in the hot sun, didn’t fill out a report of the incident, went into hiding, and hired a publicist to drum up money. I don’t care what Mike Brown did before the shooting, he didn’t deserve what Wilson did to him, and what Wilson’s supporters continue to do to Mike Brown – drag his name through the mud.

I am sorry. 1st I get told because I can’t put commas instead of periods. Sorry. That is the limit of my education. 2nd, I think Wilson and the Police Dept. Are full of Shit, but I am still waiting for all the evidence. The Police Dept. is for sure so Totally wrong in their handling of the total events from the second the incident happened. I’m just waiting to hear it all. I will be the 1st to yell out to hang the Bastard.

I think Gil is realizing that there is more to this story than has been reported and represented. I think Gil also realizes that the likelihood of a cop shooting a teenager dead in broad daylight for the crime of walking while black is extremely far-fetched. I find Gil’s desire to objectively determine what happened based upon facts to be very refreshing. Excellent post Gil.

Please, for your own safety and that of everyone around you, if you have any guns, please get rid of them.
Linda1961 August 24th, 2014 at 4:40 pm
I think that GoFundMe should leave the comments up if they aren’t going to return the donations. It’s good to know what kind of people are donating, which is why they have the comment feature.
Is there a breakdown of how many are giving to Brown’s family and to Wilson, and how much the average donation is? I’m wondering if Wilson is getting more overall because a few well-heeled racists are donating large amounts to make it seem that he has more supporters.
R J August 24th, 2014 at 4:56 pm
Of course right wing, white nationalist are going to support police that murder unarmed black males, because it makes them feel safe and secure about their racist views of black people.
Larry Schmitt August 24th, 2014 at 4:57 pm
That’s one less scary black man they don’t have to cross the street to avoid.

Justice isn’t the result of some winning score in fund raising and it won’t be achieved by siting statistics, profiling the individuals involved, or drawing comparisons to other events. We have a system of justice in place, it requires time for the facts to be gathered. If the facts warrant it a trial will be held.
We see two groups rising. One calling for arrest and conviction, the other coming to defend Darren Wilson. Both are raising money to spend on lawyers in support of a position that neither has enough facts to support. Michael Brown is beyond our system. We don’t really know yet if the reason for that is justified or not.

Why does any of this surprise you??? But I digress…
