Last election was 57% (R) 41% (D), It’s annoying to continue to hear my fellow libs suggest secession is the answer rather than working on getting another 10% of (D) votes & guaranteeing no more (R) presidential wins in these united states unless they become a more inclusive/palatable party
Really we don’t even need to convert anyone, just get Texan minorities to vote in the same % as the national average & Texas will be blue. Redistricting & vote suppression makes that difficult but certainly obtainable. In half a decade Texas will be Latino majority anyway, doubt we will be red a decade from now even if we can’t win the fight earlier.
