[su_right_ad]Add Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio to to those going after President Obama for granting a temporary reprieve to some undocumented immigrants.

Arpaio told KNXV-TV that the president is conning the American public with his immigration plan.

“He speaks a good game and I understand where he’s coming from in a way. On the other hand, let’s not con the American public. How are we going to keep track of these 5 million people?” Arpaio said…

“I’m surprised they have not detected these 5 million people and have not deported them throughout the years,” Arpaio told KNXV.

Arpaio stated that his lawyer was filing the lawsuit following Obama’s speech and that no taxpayer funds will be used in the lawsuit.

“We have to understand whether this is constitutional or not, whether he is going around Congress is legal,” Arpaio explained to KNXV. “I’m going to send a message that we’re not going to give up, that this does affect the streets of Maricopa County.”

The Maricopa County sheriff fears that Obama’s executive actions will open up the floodgates for those in Central America to come into the U.S.

“This is going to open the door. Everybody in Mexico, Central America, thinks they will have a free pass when they come into our country because of what the president is issuing,” Arpaio said.[su_csky_ad]

    “some undocumented immigrants”

Underplaying that 5,000,000 number just a little there.

    • Suzanne McFly November 21st, 2014 at 3:27 pm

Ya R.J., that’s the crazy part of his argument as opposed to suing the POTUS for doing something 75% of Americans support.

      • R.J. Carter November 21st, 2014 at 4:35 pm

I challenge that percentage. I also think it’s a slap in the face to all immigrants who put their money, sweat, and labor into following the rules.

Has this old fat racist found the B.C yet.

What a silly hate filled little man.
This crazy asshat is so delusional he thinks he’s important enough to sue the POTUS.

  4. mea_mark November 21st, 2014 at 2:54 pm

Texas is going to sue also. Sue, sue, sue, the GOP broken record plays on.

Ok, so now if the tax payers are not paying for this, then who is? Does the Sheriff make that much in salary, that they can afford to waste money on a lawyer? This will not be cheap.

    I smell fraud.

  6. Denise November 21st, 2014 at 3:31 pm

of course he’s using taxpayers $$ to file this not going anywhere lawsuit! the pandora box has been opened.

  7. rational_thinking_one November 21st, 2014 at 4:04 pm

I sure hope Joe goes after the GOP nomination in 2016. I would contribute to that primary in a heartbeat.

With Glenn Beck as his running mate–for the “gravitas”…

  8. Republicans_are_Evil November 21st, 2014 at 4:18 pm

If the GOP wants to get litigious, Obama should respond in kind. All Obama has to do is tell Holder to prosecute every right winger that has threatened to kill Obama, and prosecute every right winger that has made seditious or treasonous comments online. Maybe that will teach them right from wrong. Long prison sentences have a way of adjusting things.

    • M D Reese November 21st, 2014 at 4:42 pm

I’ll bet that threatening the President is more serious now under the “PATRIOT’ act. They could just disappear them…

      • Republicans_are_Evil November 21st, 2014 at 6:13 pm

I certainly want them prosecuted out in the open. Every right winger needs to worry if he is the next one to be prosecuted before they will keep their death threats to themselves.

        • M D Reese November 21st, 2014 at 6:46 pm

Oh I agree–I want to hear them defend themselves in court. Should be good for a laugh. It’s just that it amazes me that in the post 9/11 paranoia, armed idiots are tolerated even when they make direct threats against elected or appointed officials.

It is also a felony charge and takes away their right to vote in many states, especially red states. Let’s turn those states blue by throwing the republicans in jail for crimes against their country and president.

“This is going to open the door. Everybody in Mexico, Central America,

Apparently Arpio didn’t listen to what the president said last night.

      Uhh, Duh!

  10. M D Reese November 21st, 2014 at 4:41 pm

What really cracks me up is that they completely ignore the fact that more illegal aliens have been deported under this President than their predecessors.

  11. AmusedAmused November 21st, 2014 at 4:59 pm

    Deport Arpaio.

    • rg9rts November 23rd, 2014 at 7:21 am

      Who would take that?

      • AmusedAmused November 24th, 2014 at 10:56 am

Brazil. Ilha de Quiemada Grande would be the perfect place to give him the opportunity to pull himself up by his suspenders without the meddlesome interference of Gubmint and Messicans.

sue sheriff pink panties right out of his undies. have US Marshals render him to Guantanamo for enhanced interrogation techniques to find out who the other anti Americans offering aide and assistance to foreign terrorist in violation of the US Patriot Act are. If he’s nice and cooperates, allow him to keep his yellow rubber duckie during interrogation, if not, melt the rubber duckie and make him wear blue panties until he submits!

“What happens, if you know your history, when one culture or one race or one religion overwhelms another culture or race?”, the answer is Sheriff Joe, the white man’s hope.

  14. m2old4bs November 21st, 2014 at 6:00 pm

It should be noted the lawyer used by Sheriff Arpaio, better known as Sheriff Joke here in Sand Land, is none other than Larry Klaymann, you know the dude who gathered with a couple of dozen people or so in Washington, DC, a few months back to “throw Obama out of the White House.” If one peruses Klaymann’s filing of lawsuits, one would find a rather bleak record of wins for him. Both Klaymann and Sheriff Joke are media whores, demented in every sense of the word, and overall black souls IMHO.

    • Republicans_are_Evil November 21st, 2014 at 6:14 pm

      They are evil.

    • StoneyCurtisll November 21st, 2014 at 7:23 pm

Larry (come out of the white house with your hands in the air Obama) Klayman is a freaking lunatic~!

      • StoneyCurtisll November 21st, 2014 at 7:55 pm

        How did that happen?

Is the circus always playing in Maricopa County?

    • rg9rts November 23rd, 2014 at 7:20 am

Wait ….just wait,,,the gopee primaries will start soon,……. the greatest show on earth…

  16. RK Johnston November 21st, 2014 at 9:58 pm

After the judge laughs when that suit is brought to trial (and dismissed), Arpaio and Klayman should have to eat the court costs.
And if I had my way…I’d treble the costs assessed both of them!
    Be thankful I don’t!

Some states can impose high penalties for nonsense suits.

    • Ed Darrell November 28th, 2014 at 11:36 am

I’m hoping we can deport Arpaio when he loses.

  17. AnthonyLook November 23rd, 2014 at 12:34 am

How much Arizona tax payers money is this nut job going to waste? Arizona voters rank among the most ignorant in the nation.

    • rg9rts November 23rd, 2014 at 7:18 am

Nah….Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee……………all the red states are in a real tight race for the bottom of the barrel

      • AnthonyLook November 23rd, 2014 at 3:11 pm

Agreed, and I did say “among”.

    • Spirit of America November 26th, 2014 at 11:57 pm

speech and that no taxpayer funds will be used in the lawsuit.

      • AnthonyLook November 27th, 2014 at 1:15 am

Doesn’t change how ignorant Arizona voters; and I wouldn’t doubt that years from now we read otherwise and that tax payers monies were used.

        • Spirit of America November 27th, 2014 at 1:49 am

I didn’t mention how ignorant they are or aren’t, was merely answering the tax money part.

  18. rg9rts November 23rd, 2014 at 7:17 am

Another pillar of the conservative community that is as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside

  19. Ed Darrell November 28th, 2014 at 11:35 am

How does Arpaio have standing? Is he being detained by ICE?

If he loses, will Arpaio be deported? (Please, oh please!)
