Israel didn’t use negotiations for their statehood, they literally jumped the gun before the *UN* actualized it. Meanwhile, the Palestinians are still denied statehood and an identity through the Israeli definition of “negotiations” and wants the US to use their position in the *UN* to block it. Oh the f’ing irony burns!

My thinking too. Israel hasn’t negotiated in good faith since Begin and Sadat worked out the treaty between Egypt and Israel with the help of peacemonger Jimmy Carter.
