David Duke Says Steve Scalise ‘Agreed With All Of My Ideas’ But Hid Them To Get Elected
If Rep. Steve Scalise was ever fond of David Duke, he may not be now.
Duke said that he consistently won “over 60 percent of the popular vote in [Scalise’s] congressional district” in his various campaigns for elected office, and therefore people who condemn Scalise “for meeting with me or voting for me, they are condemning the people of Louisiana.”
Referencing Scalise’s reported 1999 statement that he was “like David Duke without the baggage,” Duke said the congressman “agreed with all of my ideas, but my God, you got to be able to get elected.”
“They think anybody out there who agrees with my ideas, they will destroy them, it’s not going to help you to run like a rabbit with the tail between your legs,” Duke said. “Now he’s really going to be careful, he’s not going to do anything.” [su_center_ad]

Okay, is Duke enemies of Scalise? I thought they played for the same team. Are there different shades of white in those sheets?

Naw, scalise just denied his white supremacist ideas and angered the grand wizard…infighting

I thought they all were going along with him and denying his love for neon whitedness so they would have one of their members in office. Oh well, guess I assumed wrong.

I see a fight brewing, the white supremacists who over lap with the teabaggs versus the Repubs. It will get bloody

Duke said. “Now he’s really going to be careful, he’s not going to do anything.”
Classic. In this Congress, it may just be that a Majority Whip who’s “not going to do anything” is fitting. The GOP hasn’t a clue how to lead, so why would you need an effective whip? We’re really through the Looking Glass now, folks.

As if any of this is news to LA.voters, or Congressional leaders.

So the House Republicans have a known white supremacist as the Majority Whip, yet they’re always the ones whining about “the race card.”

He didn’t hide it that well, I just had to peek under the sheet to see.

This is just David Dyuke trying to remain relevant. He sees the GOP moving to his right and fears being seen as a moderate…
