And what do we see in the video but a civil interaction between the cop and Mr. Scott at the beginning of the stop. And then what happens? Mr. Scott makes a bad decision and attempts to flee and the cop then makes another bad decision and shoots Mr. Scott in the back with no justification. Two boneheaded moves in a matter of minutes.

The cop had Scotts license, he had Scotts car and he had Scotts passenger, why did he chase after him at all? He never had to leave his car. Don’t they issue APB’s for arrest anymore?
