Republican Senator Accuses Christie Of ‘Political Pornography’

Utah Senator Mike Lee takes great exception to Chris Christie’s stance on the NSA.
…Christie made it known this week exactly where he stands when he said, “You can’t enjoy your civil liberties if you’re in a coffin.”
Since then, few Republicans has been more outspoken against Christie than Senator Mike Lee, who said on MSNBC Tuesday Christie should retract his “unnecessarily inflammatory” remarks.
Well, today, Lee really upped the ante when he told CNN’s Carol Costello, “I view that as a statement tantamount to political pornography.”
He again said Christie should be ashamed of himself, dismissed his “absurd” false choice, and asked, “How many acts of terrorism have been thwarted simply because the NSA is collecting telephone data on what your grandmother calls?”

Christie has “gone rogue” since Megyn Kelly asked him why he should be president when his poll numbers are in the sewer in NJ, and he told her it was because the people of NJ want him to continue being their governor. The guy’s going for broke. I can only surmise that with his low poll numbers in NJ and his low national poll numbers, he has nuttin’ to lose by being as outrageous as he can be.

Gawd, how I hate agreeing with this nut, but he’s right about this:
