He pleaded no contest.

Authorities arrested Jeffrey LaPorto, 43, and charged him with two counts of first-degree sexual assault as well as a count of first-degree unlawful restraint. He was able to reach an agreement with prosecutors that brought his charges down to only one count of first-degree sexual assault.

He is slated to serve 10 years behind bars and will possibly have his sentence suspended after two years.

The married father of two daughters will also have to register as a sex offender and will be under a 10 year probationary period when released.

He stood accused of sexually assaulting an elderly woman in a Quality Inn motel.
