Mayor Marty Walsh says Donald Trump isn’t welcome to build in Boston until he starts apologizing. That may well happen on the 12th of Never.

Walsh was offended by Trump’s comments about illegal immigrant criminals and rapists, and yesterday told The Boston Herald that Trump’s “comments are inappropriate” and “if he wanted to build a hotel here, he’d have to make some apologies to people in this country.”

Trump ended up responding to the mayor in a radio interview withHowie Carr today. He continued to insist he’s absolutely right on this issue and that if anyone owes anyone an apology, Walsh should be apologizing to him.
