Man Teaching Wife About Gun Safety Accidentally Shoots Her

The Kettering, Ohio woman was shot in the leg while her husband was demonstrating gun safety.
According to WDTN Channel 2, the incident took place around 10 a.m. and police said that the shooting appeared accidental.
Police told Channel 2 that the man was trying to demonstrate to his wife how to safely use a gun in their living room when the weapon discharged, striking the woman in the ankle.
The couple’s adult daughter and her child were in the home when the weapon discharged, but no one else was hurt.
