Oregon Shooter Dead After Killing 13 In Rampage

Oregon Sheriff John Hanlin says the shooter who killed 13 at Umpqua Community College is dead.
Hanlin said that authorities ended up in a shootout, after which the shooter––identified as a 20-year-old male (with no further information about him yet)––was neutralized.
