Wiles: Arrest ‘Mentally Unstable’ Obama ‘Before He Starts World War III’

End times preacher Rick Wiles believes President Obama should be quickly handcuffed so he doesn’t end the world.
Wiles responded to the news that a U.S. destroyer entered disputed waters in the South China Sea and that the U.S. will begin action on the ground in Iraq and Syria by alleging that these moves will lead to “World War III” if Obama is not stopped.

Wiles declared that these actions are proof that President Obama is “mentally unstable” and that someone should “handcuff [Obama] and take him to a mental institution, before he starts World War III and a billion people die because of his madness.”
