It was like a “lynch mob” says the man who was kicked and beaten at a Trump rally.

Mercutio Southall and two others came into the Trump Birmihgham rally. When he started speaking out, Trump supporters confronted him and some got physical with him. Some shouted back, “All lives matter!”

Southall told CNN’s Jeremy Diamond, “I got punched in the face, I got punched in the neck. I got kicked in the chest. Kicked in the stomach. Somebody stepped on my hand.”

He compared the experience to a “lynch mob” and said people were dropping racial epithets like “monkey” and the n-word.
