Muslim Judge Sworn In On Koran Brings Out The Worst In America

These haters can point to the Republican candidates for president for inspiration.
“All is praise [sic] is indeed due to the Most High!” the judge – lifelong-Brooklyn resident Hon. Carolyn Walker-Diallo – said in a post on her website. “I am humbled that my community has entrusted me with the immense responsibility of ensuring that EVERYONE has notice and a FAIR opportunity to be heard in the halls of justice.”
Walker-Diallo opted to swear on the Koran instead of the Bible in honor of her faith. She is not the first to do so. In 2006, Minnesota Rep. U.S. Keith Ellison (D) did so as well, reports New York Daily News.
Walker-Diallo is also not the first Muslim judge to serve in New York. In 2013, Sheila Abdus-Salaam became the first Muslim and black woman to sit on the state’s highest judicial body…
“Another piece of s— Muslim,” one Facebook user wrote, “trying to take over this country.”
Some even questioned if allowing Muslims to hold positions like these is a good idea.
“In thinking about this, I believe it is foolish for Muslims to be in positions of authority,” Linda Brice Burleson said. “It’s just asking for trouble.”
However, others tried to defend the judge and Muslims. “It is quite sad to see all these so called Christians giving out such hate…this is not the way Jesus (RA) would behave towards another person…he would preach peace and love,” said Sadia Rasool.
