The Georgia man is named Jacob Worthington.
…Worthington then went to the bathroom and continued to smoke methamphetamine. When police arrived, they were given a key to the restroom by Waffle House employees and arrested Mr. Worthington…
Worthington was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I and II narcotics, possession of Schedule I and II narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
It turns out that Worthington is a veteran of Afghanistan, and was a member of the U.S. Army’s 310 Psychological Operations Company. Psy-ops as they’re known in the trade.
