Ted Cruz ended up with more delegates than him in Louisiana because of his campaign’s delegate operation, and Trump was naturally pissed…
“Somebody said, ‘Well, there’s a rule and another rule.’ I don’t care about rules, folks… We win, we get the delegates.”
