“I don’t find it’s upsetting me now,” Richter tweeted. “I’m just so struck by how easy it was to do that. Nobody questioned it.”
Prosecutors detailed the claim by one of the alleged Hastert victims about the chair situated directly in view of the school’s shower stalls.
