What Trump wants from potential VP picks: Tax returns

Donald Trump wants what he won’t give.
MNSBC’s Katy Tur reported on Wednesday that Trump’s campaign is following “normal” procedures for vetting his potential running mates, and that includes requiring them to submit their returns as part of the process.
As Tur noted, the requirement comes at an interesting time since Trump is still being dogged by his political opponents to release his own tax returns. The subject has caused Trump to shoot back at the media on multiple occasions, and he and his campaign surrogates have said they won’t be released until his supposed audit is concluded.
