Nixon: Aristotle ‘a homo…the last six Roman emperors were fags’

A newly revealed tape has Richard Nixon reacting to the show “All in the Family,” as an aide explains the premise of the show. This has him going off on a tangent about “fags.”
In a recorded rant from the 1970s that surfaced in 2013, Nixon proclaimed that homosexuality destroyed the Greeks. “Aristotle was a homo, we all know that. So was Socrates,” Nixon said. “The last six Roman emperors were f*gs. You see, homosexuality, immorality in general, these are the enemies of strong societies.”
The anti-Aristotle rant was prompted by the popular TV seriesAll in the Family, which Nixon believed was “glorifying homosexuality.”
