Donald Trump or one of the great people he picks to work for him picked the wrong photo to show how much he cares to remember those who served on D-Day.

In commemorating D-Day with a photo labeled “#DDay – June 6, 1944,” Trump instead used a photo from a training exercise in 1943.

The photo he used is a Keystone image, and Trump — or one of the best and brightest he has surrounded himself with — apparently overlooked its caption in the Getty archives.
