Ben Carson changes mind, wants Trump job, could lead HUD

Carson campaign manager and close friend Armstrong Williams last week told The Hill that the retired neurosurgeon was not interested in serving as Trump’s secretary of Health and Human Services.
“Dr. Carson feels he has no government experience, he’s never run a federal agency. The last thing he would want to do was take a position that could cripple the presidency,” Williams said at the time.
So a doctor who says he wasn’t qualified to head a health department is being considered for Housing and Urban Development.
