It this is what Trump is planning to do, it will not separate him from his business, and his kids have been sitting in on meetings for the new administration, so there is no real separation.
Trump’s transition spokesman Jason Miller said on Monday that the President-elect has “been very clear” about his plans to turn over his business empire to his adult children.
“President-elect Trump has spent tens of millions of dollars of his own money because he really wanted to focus on winning this office,” Miller told reporters on a conference call. “He’s always been very clear that he’s going to turn over the business to his adult children.”
