Woman dies after being shot at gun range
The 24-year-old Georgia woman was shot in the eye.
Sarah Bonner, 24, of Lawrenceville, died Thursday after being on life support for several days, said Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore.
She was shot Monday afternoon at Skip-J Range in Anderson, SC, while visiting friends and family for Christmas. Range members were target practicing at the time, police said.

The bullet went through Bonner’s eye and became lodged in her brain, Shore told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She was taken to AnMed Health Medical, where she later died.
The shooting is believed to be accidental, Shore said. It is still unclear whose gun fired the fatal shot.
