Senior Complex Pimp Pleads Guilty
The man was literally the mack-granddaddy of New Jersey pimps:
An over-the-hill New Jersey man accused of pimping made a plea deal that forbids him from returning to the senior complex where he allegedly ran a prostitution ring.
James Parham, 75, pleaded guilty on Oct. 17 to possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance for purposes of engaging in unlawful conduct, The Record (of Bergen County) reported Thursday.
Parham, of Englewood, will live in an assisted living building instead of doing jail time.
Police alleged in May that Parham pimped out crack-addicted prostitutes to younger neighbors in the Vincente K. Tibbs Senior Citizen Building.
