Urologist Pleads Guilty To Shooting Video Up Woman’s Skirt
Dr. Adam Levinson is likely to get five years in prison.
The pervy former Mount Sinai urologist who filmed under a woman’s skirt at a subway station Wednesday agreed to a no-jail plea deal.
Dr. Adam Levinson, 40, pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance in the second degree, a felony, and is expected to get five years probation when he’s sentenced in Manhattan Supreme Court on March 12.
He won’t have to register as a sex offender.
The disgraced physician — who was axed from the hospital after his arrest — was arrested after authorities said he used a pen camera clipped to a newspaper to record up a victim’s skirt at the Union Square station about 5:15 p.m. on July 31, 2012.
