9/11 ‘Truther’ Arrested For Interrupting Post-Game Superbowl Conference
Malcolm Smith of the Seahawks gave a post-game conference during which was interrupted when a 9/11 “truther” grabbed the microphone to espouse a conspiracy theory.
Smith, the game’s MVP, was answering a reporter’s question when a man came up to the dais and grabbed his microphone. “Investigate 9/11,” the man said before being ushered away. “9/11 was perpetrated by people within our own government.”
The man, 30-year-old Matthew Mills, was later arrested, according to NJ.com.
