Without much thought, and just reflexively criticizing President Obama, embittered former Vice President Dick Cheney put down the decision to reduce the number of active military.

Cheney said the plan is “absolutely dangerous.” He called it over-the-top and said “it does enormous long-term damage to our military.”“He’d much rather spend the money on food stamps than he would on a strong military or support for our troops,” Cheney said…
