Boehner Suing Obama With Taxpayer Dollars
So-called budget hawks should take note that House Speaker John Boehner is suing the White House with taxpayer dollars. It’s an exercise in futility that will only add to the toxic atmosphere in Washington and in the country.
…Boehner said he planned to file a lawsuit alleging that Obama has abused his executive authority by implementing policies without congressional approval.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters such a move, funded by taxpayers, would not be supported by most Americans.

Obama has issued 168 executive orders (the fewest of any 2 term president since Ike), and Boner wants to sue him. Our Lord and Savior Ronald Reagan issued 381, Dumbass W issued 291, and the poster boy for corruption, Tricky Dickie, issued 346. Oh, wait. My bad…those 3 were in Boner’s party, so all’s well there,

For the record I was in favor of war crime tribunals. I didn’t care who voted to use force for breaking the un laws that the republicans mock until they need them to kill people.
Next time a republican breaks the law, maybe dems will remember this blantant petty manure, I mean maneuver.
