‘Sons Of Guns’ Reality Show Star Arrested On Suspicion Of Child Molestation
Will Hayden, the reality star from “Sons of Guns” was arrested in Louisiana and booked for child molestation. According to Hayden, the arrest is the result of a bitter ex-girlfriend’s false allegations, according to TMZ.
East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hayden on accusations of child molestation and a “crime against nature,” the Daily News reports.
The 44-year-old gunsmith and shop owner who stars on the Discovery Channel reality series, was booked on Saturday and was later released after posting $150,000 bond.
Hayden told TMZ that his ex-girlfriend, and mother to one of his daughters, went to the police over a week ago and accused him of molesting their child.
He claims the woman made the accusation in retaliation for him ending their relationship.
Hayden is raising his daughter with his new wife and says he was interviewed by Child Protective Services and she returned to his home.
Will’s older daughter Stephanie told TMZ, “There was never any impropriety in our home. He was and is a good father.”
“He was and is a good father,” she added.

If this is true, then why was the daughter released back into his custody, after Child Protective Services interviewing her? Something’s not right with this. This is a story with much more to come, no doubt.

I’m not buying it. The ex-wife/girlfriend could be jealous.

Yea, I thought that too. I just hope that for now (based on how nebulous this is), the right thing was done for that girl’s sake.

THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!!!11!!
(There IS more to this story, IMO, and if she’s lying, she’s doing nobody any favors.)

Now this is a surprise … NOT. And I agree there is more to this story.

Bobby Jindal’s License plate motto: ‘Louisiana the child molesting state.’ Reality star follows in DuckGhazi child molester Phil Robertson’s footsteps. Hayden accused of child molestation and a “crime against nature!”

Maybe it was a 12-year-old goat, which would make it an adult.

Not that there couldn’t be the possibility. But I am not buying it. As a man, you always have to be very careful, because just the accusation will get you arrested or hauled out of your home. And then you are forced to defend yourself against something that may have no basis. Sadly, I believe there is no legal repercussions for the person who makes a false claim other then “Whooops, my bad”…. Please correct me if I am wrong about that.

I saw it happen to one of my employees. His ex who lived in New Brunswick accused him of not paying child support and reported this to family court in Ontario where he lived. This was extremely stupid on her part as his support payments were never made directly to her but paid directly to the New Brunswick family court for disbursement to the ex-wife. He was able to present an affidavit from New Brunswick family court to Ontario family court that all of his support payments were made in full and on time. His ex was never charged with public mischief.

There should be some way to hold those that make false statements liable criminally. It is against the law to lie to a federal agent, to make false statements when filing your tax return, etc. But at the state and local level nothing in most states.

Making false statements to police is against the law.

Community of the falsely accused shows the reality of that. The reality there are rarely consequences to false accusations.

So what happens to the women if these accusations are unfounded? Will the x-girlfriend do some time…hopefully, so another story that doesn’t have anything to do with guns, I get it already.
