Allred Watching NFL To See If Accused Rapist Plays
Attorney Gloria Allred says she represents a woman who was raped by an NFL player last weekend, and who then played a game. The player has not been identified, but Allred says she’ll be watching to see if he plays today.
I will be watching [Sunday] to see whether or not the accused player is allowed to play for his team for a second week in a row while rape allegations are pending,” Allred told the Daily News on Saturday.
She sent Goodell a letter Friday, asking whether he knew a rape suspect was allowed to play in a Sept. 21 game. Allred hasn’t named the player or team but noted a “criminal investigation is pending.”[su_csky_ad]

I doubt if the player is going to fight in private. The choice is not going to be hers.

So being accused of something means you are guilty ? If she is saying he shouldn’t be playing then the politician that are accused of things should not be in office .

True, seems to be a delay in charging him. I do believe the team is aware of the charges made and is not making a wise decision in playing him.

the team does not charge him, the law does. That is what I am saying, I understand your assertion but as a woman I just can’t agree

that’s what i was asking or referring to. why is the police not charging him? what is the delay? you said the team is aware of the charges made. that’s where i am confused by your post. if there are charges has he been arrested? i don’t know the circumstances of this case at all.

The papers are unclear, the victim is(I think/ wavering because of the press and does not want to be attacked…buy then again she hired Allred, she is known for putting everything in the press.

We have a thing called the constitution if you don’t like it get it changed , or move , sorry , but I could accuse you of something so should that mean you should sit in jail till you go to court , because we all know no woman has falsely accused a man for rape right .
