[su_right_ad]Disgraced former Atlanta Braves pitcher John Rocker got into it with fellow castaway Natalie Anderson.

After Rocker pointlessly shoved another contestant during the challenge, Anderson began shouting that Rocker’s tribe needed to vote him out because he was a “bad sportsman.” She also referenced his now infamous 1999 Sports Illustrated interview, in which he made racist and homophobic comments.

Rocker’s response to the call out?

“If you were a man,” he said, “I’d knock your teeth out.”…

Though that didn’t appear to be the reason, Rocker’s team did vote him out by the end of the episode.

The embarrassing exit — Rocker was only the third to be voted out of the game — was swift justice for a man who once said he’d never play for the New York Yankees or Mets.

“I’d retire first,” Rocker told Sports Illustrated in 1999. “It’s the most hectic, nerve-racking city. Imagine having to take the 7 train to the ballpark looking like you’re riding through Beirut next to some kid with purple hair, next to some queer with AIDS, right next to some dude who just got out of jail for the fourth time, right next to some 20-year-old mom with four kids. It’s depressing . . . the biggest thing I don’t like about New York are the foreigners. I’m not a very big fan of foreigners. You can walk an entire block in Times Square and not hear anybody speaking English. Asians and Koreans and Vietnamese and Indians and Russians and Spanish people and everything up there. How the hell did they get in this country?”

Rocker has said he’s a changed man. A glance at his Twitter feed might reveal that not to be true. Just one example:

It takes an enormous amount of talent to do both parts of “Dumb and Dumber” at the same time.

Hey, Numb-nuts, I ride through Beirut quite often and never in the company of anyone remotely as despicable as you.

Are we really going to put too much emphasis on something that happened on a TV show?! C’mon! They are acting. How about a headline that reads “Denzel Washington shoots a man!” Must be a light day in the “news for the oppressed” department.

Survivor is a reality show, not a drama.

      The participants are not acting.

Take the time to make sure you know what you are talking about before making unintelligent comments

If you think reality shows are real, then I have an investment idea for you: just send me $1,000 and I’ll tell it to you.

Those reality shows have just as many producers, directors, and writers as “dramas” do. Sorry to burst your bubble, but reality shows are in fact not real at all.

A class act, as always. Survivor had him on for one reason only – to have the outcome they got out of it. That’s it.

i watched the show last night. i was elated that he was voted off. it was a great blindside. he’s was so sure of himself that he didn’t play his idol. i was relieved.

This douchebag is from my city, Macon, GA. He also attended Mercer University, probably on a baseball scholarship. I don’t know whether he graduated, but I did, with a Master’s Degree in Education. That he is full of himself is no surprise to me because this city is filled, no infested, with others of his ilk, including Erick Erickson. I’m glad his ass got booted off “Survivor.” He, Erickson, and some others here, all need to learn that their sh*t stinks just like everyone else’s.
