[su_right_ad]Well, if somebody had to do it, why not some guy in Virginia?

“I’m not doing this because I’m against President Obama,” Kearon explained, “I’m doing this because I’m for the Constitution.”

Kearon believes that Obama unconstitutionally bypassed Congress to launch airstrikes in Syria, and if he’s allowed to do that then the presidency basically becomes a “monarchy.”

Just a few months ago Kearon attempted to sue Obama for unconstitutional military action in Libya three years ago, but that was dismissed.

Because he obviously doesn’t follow current events, his congress evaded voting on the (re)authorization (you know, politics and all are much more important), even though POTUS asked for it.

He should sue Congress for not doing their job. They ran away from this whole thing as fast as they could.

What does a person do when they are old, mad and have too much time on their hands? I guess they sue the President for some unfounded BS reason.

If he were younger, he’d be walking armed into a Kroger store.

Yes, very true.. But Bush and Rove made it a National thing and pushed for it in the White House for the 1st time. It was always on the agenda but never gained a ton of traction until those two gained access to the WH.

“I’m not doing this because I’m against President Obama,” Kearon explained, “I’m doing this because I’m for the Constitution.”

Absolutely! It’s all about the constitution. Why, I’ll bet when Dubya and the Dickster were slaughtering Iraqi citizens and torturing detainees, he was the first to march on Washington. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the black, Kenyan born, commie socialist, member of the Muslim Brotherhood currently occupying the white house.

I want to sue him because he’s wreaking the economy with lower gas prices.

No…seriously, the fair and balanced people are now blaming the President for lower gas prices.
