When Cindy talked, she seemed confused about the places she prayed for as well as the outcomes her prayer had on these instances. I think it is safe to say, if God does have a prophet here it definitely isn’t this fashion plate.

Never heard of cindy, did a quick search and found this as part of the write up…
“…and has spoken on nearly every inhabited continent…”
It just struck me as a bit funny to say because a person can achieve this by speaking in 3 or 4 or 5 cities and make that claim.

Only 6 inhabited continents, so saying spoken on nearly all of them would have to be 5 or less. Antarctica wouldn’t be considered at all, since as you stated below, no native humans inhabit it.

Seriously, Jindal is so embarrassing that we are moving to another state! I kid you not, my dear hubby always said that he planned to die right here in our beloved swamp but after the last 6 years of hubby screaming at the TV every time he saw or heard about Jindal, he decided it was time to move, like I have wanted to do for years!
A few months ago we bought property in Colorado so that we can get away from the crazy.
Our daughter is a scientist and when she is different states and different countries at symposiums and meeting and whatnot, she says she dreads for anyone to ask her where she is from. She said that when she says Louisiana, they usually say, “Well, you don’t sound like you are from Louisiana!”
Even people in different countries have a low opinion of Louisiana even if they have never heard of about half the states, they know Louisiana. UGH!

How does the state of Louisiana explain something like Bobby Jindal? On the other hand, this is the same state that gave us David “diaperman” Vitter. I’m afraid it’s turning into another republican Jesus state, like Kansas.
Now, Illinois (where I live) has produced its share of goofs, but we have to stand in awe at the state of Louisiana.

I know right???? It is mind boggling. You would think that a state that has so many universities inside about a 100 mile range would not suffer from the stupid as much as some other states that are more spread out.
I have been all over Louisiana, many times and while it is a pretty big state, most of it is empty, nothing but fields and swamps as far as you can see. Kids out where we live have to ride the bus for 2 hours just to pick up enough kids to fill a small school.
I go into the city and every where you go is so bright and full of life and happy, interesting people and I just can’t imagine any of them voting for the crazy, so either they aren’t voting or someone is cheating!
It was pretty cool here in the 70s and before but things have changed a lot, it has gotten a lot meaner, a lot less free, lots of boarded up buildings and payday loan and pawn shops everywhere. Those are the vultures that circle a community when it is in its death throws, you know your town is dead when there are nothing left but payday loans, pawn shops and Mexican restaurants, it’s time to go.

American Family Association lays it on the line on their website front page today – “Conservatism and liberalism belong to Him. The White House belongs to Him. The Constitution belongs to Him. And our rights belong to Him. He has loaned these things to us on one condition: that we use them for His glory. If we must lay our rights down for Christ to be glorified, it is our obligation to do so.” Nothing less than theocracy – the opposite of the Constitution – is the goal of the Christian right wing.
