Not likely to ban Thetans from going into any sort of business. They are space aliens that have escaped from a volcano on Earth and have infected the humanoid population thru watching bad movies. Sorta like a MST3K marathon. lol
The bigger question is can you ban the primary person, if they are infected with straight, gay or bi Thetans? Can a person possessed with 3 body Theatans use the HOV lane? How does it work with fire codes? Do you count the corporal bodies or also the Thetan bodies? What if they have 365 straight Thetans and 1 Gay Theatan, do they only allowed to be served at an Indiana restaurant once every 4 years on Leap Day? (smile)

It’s pretty apparent that all the (R) candidates that ARE candidates are going for the rabid end of the party. Not sure, other than simply lying, how they are going to be able to get the youth vote or the female vote or the moderate vote or the non-self-hating non-Christian vote. They take the positions contrary to what the populace supports on numerous issues.
They could only win if they cheat or people with contrary opinions just don’t vote.
