Bombers’ Mom: ‘America Is The Real Terrorist’

The mother of just-convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokar says “America is the real terrorist and my boys are the best.”
…the bomber’s mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaev, continued asserting Dzhokhar and his late brother Tamerlan’s innocence…
In a text message to her sons’ supporter Timur Rudaev, Zubeidat Tsraneav called the convicted killer ‘my precious boy’ before going on a rant against the US.
‘America is the real terrorist and everyone knows that,’ she wrote in the text, which was later shared on the Russian social media site VKontakte and sent to the news blog Vocativ.
‘My boys are the best of the best,’ Mrs Tsarnaev added.

Almost all countries and groups have, at one point or another, done horrific things; in the case of many, the effects of what they have done linger into today. When it comes to carnage, this country is a lightweight. If you really think that randomly killing civilians is justified as a balancing act against a prior wrong, some of the countries that are NOW all virtuous and not bombing anybody don’t have enough people in them to kill to make up for their transgressions. Mongolia would be first on that list.
Besides, I assure you thus woman could give a flying f- about dead Iraqi kids. It’s merely a pretext.

Okay, I just read the original Russian text, and it doesn’t contain a threat. In fact, as weird as it is, it sounds less extreme in the original than in the picture. The closest she comes to talking about retaliation is telling her sons that God will reward them. that’s not a threat, and it’s nit enough to deport someone. I agree that words have consequences, but the LEGAL consequences of words are very limited in this country.
