Schedule 1 drug? LOL!! F the Republican thugs who think they can squash the eventual legalization of marijuana on the Federal or state level. They won’t win and in a few years medical and recreational use of marijuana will be the legal norm in America. Light up and chill out friends!!

  No reason for marijuana to be on schedule one in the first place. When it was first made illegal, it was put on S-1 in order to give federal agents a reason to prosecute it’s use and sale. anything less and it would be largely ignored. Those feds needed something to do after Prohibition ended.

If I were a VA doctor, I would tell Congress to kiss my a$$ and that I will be the one who makes the medical decisions in terms of treating my patients, advising them whether or not a substance that is legal in their home state may help to provide relief from their afflictions.

Then if the VA wants to fire me let them. See how popular that move will be when there are already waiting lists for some VA services.

    he can always recommend a doctor to send them too and tell that dr. to order it for them. there’s always a way to get around it. they didn’t say they couldn’t recommend them to another physcian. there’s your loop hole.

      Ya but those that rely on the VA for healthcare rarely go to any other medical facility. The VA is IT.
